Design and develop scalable PHP web applications and back-end systems for government and enterprise clients. Work within agile teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications including system integrations, microservices, and back-end services. Experience with Spring Framework strongly preferred.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for software and system projects. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that match real operational needs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for government and enterprise clients. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
